Returns & Refunds Policy:
At Luminous Jewells, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and refund options:
1. Return Window:
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product if it has been damaged in transit or is not what they expected. Please contact us within this time frame to initiate a return.
2. Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be unused to qualify for a return or exchange. While the original packaging is not required, the item should be in the same condition in which it was received.
3. Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges:
- Damaged Items: A full refund will be provided for any items that arrive damaged.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item, we offer store credit or an exchange, based on your preference.
4. Return Shipping :
- For Damaged Items: Luminous Jewells will cover the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- For Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
